Moisture in the back of ff section .I sent pictures to assurion Tim. Assurion wants to order flipper again and gasket; ordrng 1 Wr14x24747 (Gasket tower) and 1 WR17X25613 (Flipper)

"Customer complained dryer not heating I checked dryer and the vent hose is installed wrong as a big loop I check heating element thermistor I missed his reading, open high limit, and heating element is reading open the cost to replace dryer element and thermistorthe customer going to replace dryer ; used 1 DC32-00007A (Dryer thermistor), and 1 DC97-14486A (Dryer heating element) from stock"

I return to customer home to replace washer door lock with new washer door lock I installed door lock and tested washer in front of customer its working properly

"Customer complained washer door not closing I checked washer door and the issue is the door strike is broken inside door lock the cost to replace washer door strike and door lock is $489.21; ordrng 1 W10921697 (STRIKE, DOOR) and 1 W11565030 (Door Latch)"
