"Found - room temperature in freezer (76°F). Customer states that during one day the temperature in freezer start to rise and when everything was melting, they took food out. Checked- Evaporator fan works ok, light works ok, control panel ok, condenser fan works ok, the compressor is not working and is very warm, almost hot. My conclusion is - compressor is gone. Called to Thermador tech line, they said most likely something is wrong with compressor, mechanically. Compressor should be replaced. Repair cost is . Explained everything to Customer. "Found - Customer occasionally enabled demonstration mode. Compressor and fans are not running, unit is of room temperature.Demonstration mode disabled, Customer instructed how to enable and disable demonstration mode. Operation checked, unit working fine"
