"I return to customer home to replace console cover with new part when installing part I noticed every time I try to push the middle down to lock in it will not go down and lock in properly I broke two locking tabs trying to lock it I did notice when I took it back off that it has a curvature in it to where it doesnt sit flat and once you lock one side and try to lock the other side in a bowls out, I did call TECH SUPPORT and talk to Tim he told me to re-order it after I let him see the cover was defective. "I return to customer home to replace dishwasher control panel cover with new part upon trying to replace new control panel cover it does not snap and I have to take the door off to replace it but I cannot because you cant pull out the dishwasher because the cabinets are swollen from water damage. I did show the customer that she would have to have someone take it out so I can remove the door and replace the cover because it doesnt snap and you have to lock it in by sliding it in and I need to take the whole door apart to replace it, she said, OK she will call us when she gets it out of the cabinet; eml tckt failed"

I call called to let her know that was the wrong part that was order and she said OK and we will reschedule her ; eml tckt failed
