Customer complained washer making in spin cycle when checked washer customer show me to videos Washer was not making noise does a normal sound when is in spam but I did notice she show me a picture of how she had the clothes loaded in the washer. I told her thats a mix lol and hes going to make the washer go off-balance do you have to have the correct load in now so I can stay here I did show her how to load the washer. I did run the washer and a span only cycle. And washer is working properly. She just didnt know how to load washer.
