ICE MAKER-NOT MAKING ICE/MAKING ICE SLOWLY When I arrived at the client's house, I observed that the ice maker is not making enough ice or it is making it very slowly. When I checked the unit, I found ice in the ice maker and in the container, but not much. Customer indicates that there is not enough ice, when checking the temperature in the unit it is fine, call NEW and speak with Chris from technical support, when checking with him he recommended that I check the water pressure in the hose connected to the valve since He tells me that this problem almost always happens and the ice maker fails when he checks that it will dispense water, the glass fills it but it does not have enough water outlet pressure, when checking the connection with the client he observed that when disconnecting the line it does not come out strongly I asked the client if there was an additional connection and checked in the Garage. He doesn't know if at some point he managed to close it but after the water was corrected he managed to have good pressure. I told the customer that they should wait since the ice maker should start making the ice well and when I checked with the water dispenser, the outlet pressure was good."
