Customer complained dryer leaking water customer did tell the her father changed water valve on dryer I checked dryer water valve and the supply line wasnt pushed in all the way I pushed in then tested dryer on steam cycle and its not leaking I had the reduce vent hose it was to long dryer is working properly now

Customer complained washer making loud noise in final spin cycle I checked first by starting diagnostic test and the bearing are worn when start to the spin is jumping around the it starts to make loud noise I did inform customer its best to replace washer

NOT GETTING COLD ENOUGH, test unit found refrigerant leak on ff side evaporator, have to replace evaporator, compressor, and dryer, estimate , Customer is going to buy a new refrigerator, charge service call , complete call"

Customer complain washer not turning on I checked washer and the outlet behind the washer doesnt have power. I did plug washer into a power strip to get it to turn off. It is working long as you use the outlet to the right that has power The issue is the breaker and the breaker box is tripping every time you turn it on I told customer he needs to have a electrician come out and check the breaker in the breaker box.

Don told me to check red to white white blue blue red and everything red open he tell me its best to replace motor and iverter the cost to replace washer motor and inverter is customer is going to replace washer he its the price a new washer; ordrng 1 DC31-00111A (Motor) and 1 DC92-01531C (Inverter)"
