It was a pleasure having the technician working on my dryer. Very professional, courteous, and quickly fixing the dryer and left everything working perfect and very clean.

I didn’t get the name of the technician but he was very unprofessional and rude. He saw some roach poo and showed it to me. But when he told me that my house is infected with roaches and instead of a technician I needed an exterminator, that I find was very rude and insulting. After he connected the part that he ordered he accidentally connected it and rested the wire on the metal which made a very loud explosion and sparked a fire. When I asked him what caused the explosion and fire he told me that it was ok. Then he later showed me a hole from inside the part that got damaged by the fire. I asked him if the hole was caused by the fire and his response was “something like that “. He left with the damaged part and told me he would order it. Then when I contacted the insurance I was told that he reported my stove was very infected by roaches and as a result the insurance dumped me on his advice.
