Customer complained range oven and front right large burner not working I checked front burner and it is ol when tested bake element it has ol this is a very old range cant bring the parts up in any site called GE and talked to and he said range doesnt have any parts available

"Customer complained washer drain hose leaking I checked washer drain hose and customer modified air with a pipe to stop the leak when looked up part number, I couldnt find it on the diagram. I called Samsung Tech Support to talk to someone in the parts division. It was not open yet they dont open till 9 am when I explained it to the customer that the office will call him back with a estimate to repair the door drain hose he said heat out. I came with the part and he cant wait. Hes just gonna replace washer. He cant wait 3 to 5 days he have someone moving in Monday I did collect the service fee."
