Customer had installer go back to check vent hose.

"I place unit into diagnostic mode and read failure report, code E3 appears over 20 time. I test water valve and notice no water coming inside machine. I pull unit and noticed water to unit was turn off. Customer said dryer was exchanged recently and they turn off water."

"Icemaker is not producing iceFound - no water comes to the icemakerCalled to Liebherr, and ran test procedure for the water inlet valve. Inlet valve tested okay, so the problem is water line to the fridge. Customer instructed to call the plumber and check water line."

"Found several screw inside right hand blower, which would cause noise during operation. To take blower down was difficult, due to shipping screw not remove and the duct on top of hood is screw into blower. I advise customer they have to call duct installer to install duct correctly without putting screw into blower. If screw are left, blower will be difficult to remove in future. Test blower after removing screws and debris, test ok."
