I return to customer home to recheck gas dryer to see the issue I checked gas dryer with chuck from tech support and i checked igniter and all the fuses and fuses all checked out good I did check gas coils. They did have proper resistance after talking further with Gary after testing machine he advised me to replace gas coils and he will order the part ; saved tckt
