Customer complained dishwasher DOOR NOT OPENING CORRECTLY I checked dishwasher door latch and striker what I did find out a leak detection company came out and install leak detectors and pull out dishwasher and didnt install it back correctly they remove the strips on the side on the right didnt put kickplate back properly because they had some type of detective that was making the kickoff plate jam with door and it pull out the metal at the bottom of door the dishwasher is leaning forward base me what they did. They installed a leak detected slammed the dishwasher back in and left and be at the bottom of the door and customer is making the building. Have the company come back out and reinstall the dishwasher properly and fix the door

"I went back to the clients house to install the parts but I could not remove the screw in the upper left corner, I called NEW and talked to Tim he ordered me to drill the head of the screw I explained to him that if he could break the plastic base and probably could not place another screw he kept insisting that he should drill but I told him that we should have the control panel in case some reason it did not work additional I did not have titanium bits that I could use and the drill I own is of low intensity of 12 Volts I do not have one of higher power, I told him that he would talk to my supervisor, after talking to my supervisor he told me that we would return to the house to drill and replace the necessary pairs, the attempt to locate the screw that we must break but on the website the size is not get the best option is to remove one of those that is working and look for it at home depot or other hardware store. ; saved tckt"

Return customer home recheck dishwasher for error LC I started dishwashing diagnostic test and it stopped in the fourth stage of the test gave me LC error code again when I start pulling the dishwasher out it wasnt attached anything I can see water coming out the back left side where the drain holes at I could see that they had pushed it back so far to wear it bento hose and broke it. I called. Tech-Support. And talked to Tim he had me take pictures of the drain hose and and how far the dishwasher sits in. He also had me take pictures of the power connection. He told me hes denying this because its a bad install and if you push it back gonna always break the drain hole so Customer will have to figure out a way to have someone install the dishwasher and properly wait dont break the drain holes and if you pull it out to stop it from breaking the holes its gonna sit out really far in the customer didnt want to hear it. I told her she needs to call customer service. They can explain it to them more.

Customer complained exhaust hood fan not working I checked exhaust hood and the blower wheel and motor are working but not sucking air in when I went outside to the outside pipe where the air comes out is coming out very strong what I didnt notice the blower wheel in the whole inside of blow warehousing and Moto is full of grease. Heavy grease I understand why the other company transfer just called because the Cosmo was not keeping up with the maintenance on the tree grease traps and this is commercial grade made in 11/2002 this unit is 22 years old. Cant guarantee we will find a part I tried to go on the company website really couldnt find anything we do not work on commercial grade exhaust hoods and thats the reason the previous company transferred this job Gary will take a look at the pictures when you get a chance and decide what were going to do. ; eml tckt failed
