I return to customer home to recheck washer and wash your back apart check the hose for tub to drain pump where the drain filter is in. The filter wasnt sitting probably because he still had a lotta link at the bottom of the hose thats what made it start leaking because the right side of the holes came down. I cleaned all lint out put the hose back on. Tested it in a quick wash. And it is working properly with no leaks.

"Customer said washer leaking again and a Softener not dispensing i checked door boot and soap dispenser softener side and they are not cleaning the lint from underneath the bottom of the door glass. I did explain this to them the last time I was here the lady said she understood. I also explain to her that she hast to clean out the soap dispenser. She said OK the soap dispenser is moldy and the soap dispenser housing is moldy I Splaine it to them again what they need to clean it out with they said he gonna do it. I told her again she needs to have a toothbrush to get all that lint out the bottom of that window on the door the guy Chris said he was going to take care, but I told them they have to do regular maintenance on the washer by cleaning all the lint off the door and removing all the lint from underneath the glass on the door so the door gasket can see you. The owner had me talk to new lady who spoke English this time says she can take care of everything. This is not a recall."
