Customer complained dryer is not heating I checked heating element and fuses and all the fuses the correct ohms the element has the correct ohms when I check power at the outlet once I had 120 Volts the other side has 98 volts at double check it at the meter still did the same thing so I went to the breaker turn the power off turn the power back on and heating element came on. He gave me 120 on both sides and across was 240 volts so Ill turn off several more breakers and turn the breaker back on for the dryer is stayed on the minute. I turn the breaker back on for the two I turn off the voltage dropped. I told Customer he needs to have somebody come out and check the breaker box
