I turn the oven on switch unit did not come on. I took the back cover off to check compressor to see if it was on it was not when I started to check compressor and condenser fan I could see Some white wires. I traced them to the front of the compressor and there was a three and one jumpstart connected to the compressor that the previous company put on the compressor. I did show this to the customer also Ill let Gary know that they put a jumpstart on the compressor I explain to the customer when using a jumpstart it means that the compressor is about to go out. He told me the previous company was supposed to replace the compressor I told him they did he ask for a estimate for replacing the compressor. "Customer complained washer not draining and door locked with clothes in washer and control panel start button is broken the door gasket is worn I checked washer the start button is broke on the control panel door was locked. Had to take it kickplate off to pool door release on door. Lock door gasket is worn out and twisted really bad. and drain pump propeller when I started looking up the parts for the control the only part I saw was the button for the start. All of the fittings for behind the buttons are no longer available, and the main control board behind it is no longer available. when I looked at the diagram, I did not see a plastic peas for the cancel ; ordrng 1 8181684 (Water pump) and 1 8182119 (Washer door boot) and 1 8181861 (Washer start button) and 1 8182052 (Push button) and 1 8182717 (Washer user interface)"

"I return to customers home to replace rains burner switches with new parts parts. Install new pause, tested burner switches and all it would do was spark it would not ignite a flame. I took the new ones off and replace them with the Old burner switches, it did not spark at all. I put the new ones back on and tacit them again they still only spark, no flame. I called TECH SUPPORT and talk to Jeff he asked me for the part number of the switches he said that was the wrong part number thats why they are not working. I did relay this to Gary and I gave him the part number. I told him to double check it with Viking he said OK.; ordrng 4 PA020011 (Switch)s"

"Customer complained wall oven glass control panel was broken when they delivered it. I checked wall oven and the customer had a glass control panel sitting on the counter top I did call Gary at the I explain to him what the situation was with that customer saying that it came broken when he open the box so he had me call Summit and I talk to Lisa I tried several times, explaining to her what I see in front of me, and to explain to her that the power was not connected she told me that they sent to Cosmo Part and it was the wrong part. It was a display control board, not the actual glass she said she will pay us for our trip charge, and too close to call out and they pay us for any added labor when the customer received a new part, I inform customer what Lisa from summit told me to tell them that they will send the part to them, and the power needs to be connected the customer said hes not connecting to power. He needs a new unit. I told him he would have to take that up with summit customer service. he said ok"
