I tried to start it, dishwasher is draining for approximately 5-7 minutes and then gives F9E1 error code, which means the drain time is longer than expected, and the dishwasher experiences the problems with drain system.Found - The dishwasher is not properly installed, the drain hose should make a loop, it should go up first and then down and then into garbage disposal, but it just lays on the floor. We should start with proper installation first. I explained everything to the customer, ask her to reinstall the dishwasher and if problem persist, then call again.The part, which was sent to the customer, should be returned."

Customer complained washer leaking water I checked washer in quick wash first let agitate with water for about five minutes then I drain the washer. Washer is not leaking. The water is coming from behind the baseboard in the back and both sides. Its not the washer thats leaking. Customer will have to take baseboard out and check behind the drywall. I did have to adjust. The drain line sounds much in a drain washer is working properly. the customer assistant told me the engineers for the building told her it was just condensation on the baseboard. What is the leak is not the washer.

I return to customer home to replace ice maker evaporator sensor I had to call summit tech support find where sensor is located it sits behind the evaporator. You have to pull evaporator forward to get to sensor when I couldnt get it to come for I called them back. Steve told me I would have to clean out the silicone in the back of the unit to make it pull forward and replace silicone after I finished I will have come with silicone because the hole is filled up with thick white silicone all the way to the evaporator.
