"I return to customer home to replace microwave magnetron and capacitor and diode with new parts I installed parts then tested microwave and Magic light doesnt light up but the fan is the only thing coming on at this point so I went back to double check all the door switches noise filter, fuse power at the transformer. Thermistor and all Parts tested good. so I called Tech-Support and went over everything again with Mark your first test at 120 volts at transformer and transformer doesnt have proper voltage so we went to each door switch which has proper resistance from there. We went to the thermistor and it had proper resistance. I return to customer home to check dishwasher for new issue check dishwasher and it was not draining. The water was coming out. I had to take the drain ho off and screwdriver inside drain pump I could see the pieces of glass I remove them put water in dishwasher star is it Dan counseled to make it drain it did drain. I repeated the cycle four times now. Dishwasher is starting and draining properly again this is not a recall. This is a different issue.
