I return to customer home to recheck washer I checked drain hose to see if it was installed correctly and there was not too much drain hose in drain pipe I repositioned it then started my test by filling washer with water and starting a spin only cycle and washer drained properly I did called tech support talk to Mark and showed him how much drain hose was in the drain pipe he told me it should only be 3 to 6 inches in the drain pipe when I showed him a virtual video he had me to adjust a drain holes and to tie scrap it to the supply water line so it wouldnt move. He also said this will stop it from ciphering because they dont have a P-trap on the drain pipe. This will cover me for any future issues. Washer is working properly now.

The problem is in the ventilation duct. The client indicates that it was cleaned two months ago. I told him that when you turn on the unit, you feel the pressure of the air trying to come out of the dryer. through the duct but they must confirm that the air is coming out through the ventilation duct to the outside of the apartment. If this is not done internally, there will be overheating and it will stop drying. The unit does heat up but it is my final diagnosis, you should check the ventilation duct, another thing is that the flexible hose is very long, it also influences when you move the unit backwards, it does not accommodate so that the air flows correctly.Ms Ilda"

"Customer complaint The drying is not dryer the clothes and there's condensation build up and it's not heating. UNABLE TO CATEGORIZE FAILURE-UNABLE TO CATEGORIZE If the unit is heating up, but the client indicates that it should do two or three cycles, she indicates that the duct was cleaned previously and her husband replaced the dryer duct from a rigid one to a flexible one, checked internally and found accumulated lint, removed it and Check the heater and it has continuity, after cleaning the unit internally and removing excess lint, diagnose the unit by confirming that the blower works but the air does not circulate outside the unit, overheating it. Explain to the customer that this happens when the duct is clogged. or continues to be clogged which causes the unit to overheat and not dry, the customer will contact the Vent Cleaning company. For humidity or condensation it is that the air conditioning grill was in the direction of the dryer causing humidity."
