I called Tech-Support and talk to Bob he had me check the door latch doesnt have 120 volts it has 106 Volts I A check at the terminal block and the power is forks, are waiting on the black wire power is fluctuating between 106 volts and, 105 volts then I checked outlet and it has a open ground. You can see the wire coming out of the top where is hardwired into the outlet. It will need electrician to come in and connect this outlet properly. Check the tub hose and there was nothing in the tub hose or the pressure sensor side of the hose I took the gray drain hose loose and blow air in it water do you come out of it took drain pump loose check seal and it is sealing properly. I took my hand and put it in the hole of rear tub couldnt feel anythingCall Tech-Support and talk to mom. He had me recheck everything all over. I told him even when I take drainfield out no water He told me it Hass to be something free-floating inside the tub of the washer. that I will have to take it apart and see whats in. "Customer complaint NOT HEATING The entire internal wiring system was checked and I found no anomaly in the entire cable. The continuity is fine. The problem is that it does not send the voltage to the heater element. Call Electrolux, talk to Erick, explain to him that they recommended replacing or testing the wire harness in the unit and it is fine. I recommend replacing the main board PCB because the relay is not supplying the necessary power. The client approved the main board for an amount of $320.59. I installed dryer control board then tested dryer in normal and time dry in each cycle dryer stopped immediately what was it making a clicking sound this time? I checked the heating element all the fuses and all the components check out good I didnt call Tech-Support and talk to Dustin. He had me check voltage from the wall outlet to the terminal block again. Everything checked out good from now.
