It does have a low loop. I filled washer two times and made it drain. it did not flood the floor. I return to customer home to recheck washer for error code and the issue is E11 means long fill I checked washer diagnostics test and water was filling very slow I then pull washer out and checked shut off valves and the cold water wasnt on fully had to push it back hard to push I sprayed WD40 it to free it then I was able to push it back I then went back into diagnostic testing testing all the filling and the washer is filling properly

"I turned to customer home to replace dryer, heating element, thermistor high limit thermostat with new parts I tested dryer it came on, but the heating element never start to heat so I took it apart again checked all the fuses heating element and they all tested good call Tech-Support first I talk to Richard he had me checking for voltage at the red wire coming into dryer. Do you have 120? Yeah me check voltage at the door switch. Also had me checking the wire at the limiter it didnt have 10 V so he had me to take everything apart once that happened the phone hung up. I actually end up talking to two people before I get taken, his name is Doug. We check continuity at the wires for the limiter door, switch the door switch, wise hair, continuity at the control board the limited why I say continuity at control board but it didnt have continuity. From the water is coming out of the back of the bulkhead Doug said there must be a internal short in the wiring that I will have to replace the wiring going down to the limiter to get the proper voltage to make the heating element come on. He did give me the part number for the wiring harness.
