"Customer complained washer turning off after 3 min when arrived tenant had washer on and was at the end of cycle washer was draining then it started spin when it finished I called tech support to test error codes and there one for the pressure switch in a door lock. These were all error codes that were there before the tenant moved in. I went to diagnostics. What day from Tech-Support cleared the error codes I tested washer in diagnostics in a completed diagnostics then I started wash in a rinse and spin and wash a complete cycle with no problem. It is working properly now. also Dave put in his notes. That the washer is not fully accessible. If anything else occurs, the customer will have to remove the washer to our place. This error indicates that the flow sensor is clogged. When checking the lint filter, I removed the excess, although it was little. I asked him when was the last time he cleaned the ventilation duct. I had not done it since the unit is new but I reminded him that the duct must be cleaned annually. When checking the outlet outside the house I see that the final end while using the dryer the air does not come out this can affect the unit and overheat it affecting the blower thermistor, it is recommended that the customer contact a company that cleans ducts for the dryer."

He had me check power again at the noise filter. Then power at the CNT fuse which should be 120 V on each side pink wire to chassis 120 V black wire to chassis 11 V. "Customer complained dishwasher not dying dishes customer tell she try to program dishwasher and it didnt work I checked dishwasher by diagnostic test on heater the heater is coming on the heater isnt the problem I check the temperature of the water coming from the sink and when I turn on the sink water faucet, the hot water is taking a long time to heat up. I told the customer she needs to check the water heater and turn the hot water up when I stop the tears by opened the door and turning on the hot water at the sink and let NEW run for a minute or two the dishwasher heater do you make the water get very hot but the customer will have to do this process of turning on the sink hot water. Every time she uses the dishwasher Ill call the plumber and have him turn up the hot water."
