There is a metal flange for a toilet that has a screw sticking out with a metal arm on it and the drive belt was on the floor when they push dishwasher all the way to the side to the wall. That flange is stopping the pulley from turning. The belt is broke. "Customer complained wont start | lights blinking on the display | panel not working i checked dishwasher and the flashlight started from power failure that happened from the building The tenant did tell me it was a power outage in the building. when checking a dishwasher I did notice that drain pump was making a loud noise like it was screaming to pop the water. I looked under the sink I could see the drain hose running from the dishwasher more than 5 feet to the sink. I called Tech-Support and talk to Dustin and let him see the drain holes. He said it needs a air brake to stop the backflow of food and water going into the dishwasher that the customer needs to reroute dishwasher, drain holes higher so it can drain properly.
