"I return to customer home re-check washer for new issue the customer said washer, not spinning and final cycle check washer for us by jumping out lead switch still didnt spin so from there I tried to turn it by hand wash it would not turn when I put it in a rinse cycle at the end rinse washer moved just a little drain but did not go in final spin. If you drain all the water out and the pump stayed on, I turned select the knob to spin washer would just start draining, but would slightly more nothing else just a drain pump on when I try to turn the Spin basket by hand, it didnt move at all the transmission is seized up. Customer complained dryer control panel no power I checked dryer their power and control panel. I first started by checking wall outlet. Theres 240 volts and 120 Volts on each side and then check terminal block theres 240 Volts coming in and 120 on each side when I checked voltage at the control board proper I had to keep pushing control on button to get the display to come on and work sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.
