Customer complained washer making noise I checked washer and the noise is normal customer is complaining about washer when its washing when you can hear the actuator moving. I explain to the customer thats a normal sound that it makes I see you even hear it when he goes into a high speed spin. No washer is quiet and the customers mom is pouring too much fabric softener in the fabric softener dispenser. I had to tell her to clean out the dispenser and dilute the fabric softener. The washer is working properly. I will return the part to the office so they can send it back to Square tree.

"I return customer to replace microwave switch arm with new part I installed arm them tested microwave and when I tested microwave, I could smell something burning when I look up to the top I can see the housing for the Magnatron was like smoking stop the microwave turn the power off At the breaker box I test it Meagan try now its saying open The inverter look like some of the plastic started to melt. Even when I tested the microwave. When I open the door of the microwave, it kept telling me the door was open I had to play with a lever on the arm to get it I went back, checking all the wire connections from the door switches to magna trying to the inverter. Everything checks out good I dont know what made it overheat Ive tried re-putting the old arm back I did talk to Gary about the microwave and he was like me. He has never done one of these before and we couldnt figure it out. Either told me he will call the owner and talk to him about a partial refund."
