"I return customer home this time Customer no power when I try to power dryer on it wouldnt start I checked power at wall outlet and theres 240 volts across and 120 volts on each leg I tested power at terminal block theres 240 volts across and 120 volts on each leg and 120 volts when I check from the chassis on each leg I started dryer with clothes in it on time dry for 30 minutes 15 minutes with vent hose on and 15 minutes with vent hose off dryer didnt turn off I know what made dryer turn off but not doing it now I called Tech-Support and talk to Dustin he told me that it could have been a glitch with the neutral to have the customer monitor the dryer and go from there! I did tell the customer to keep an eye on the drive to look for any error code when it turns off, she said OK"

Customer complained dryer not starting all the time and it takes him a long time to get it to start i checked dryer and when I push power the dryer comes on but display see lint filter needs cleaning to reset dryer by turning the knob when i checked vent hose I can see its smashed in 3 places bottom mild and top where it goes into wall stopping dryer from venting properly I called tech support to go on virtual video. I talk mark I let him see the vent hose on virtual video. He says that Customer will have to replace vent hose because its smashed too bad and its restricting airflow and advise me to tell the customer whats going on and to let the customer know not to use the dryer until he fix the vent hose

"Customer complained washer making loud grinding noise I checked washer by taking front panel off then I started a spin/ drain cycle when motor start to turn, I can hear it make a loud clicking noise when it went into spin you can hear the bearings grinding and I was looking at the seal and shifter and pulley I can see all the gear casing fluid leaking on the shifter, pulley and belt. When I tried to remove the hub nut, I couldnt take it off This is a transmission issue. the cost to replace washer gear case and shifter I did explain to the property management that its to fix it but its not worth it when you can buy a new one and they said they will replace it just charge for the service call property management is going to replace laundry center ; ordrng 1 WH49X27322 (Laundry center washer gear case assembly) and 1 WH18X27186 (Washer shifter assembly) and 1 WH49X27327 (Washer spin basket assembly) and 1 WH49X27329 (Washer outer tub assembly)"

When I took the back panel off I could see roaches I could see a lot of grease coming out of the user interface this unit is infested with roaches. It look like the customer put some white stuff down and all over the back of the van back panel of range but this range has a very bad roach infestation like I said when I took it off roaches was running everywhere.
