Customer complained dryer not turning I checked dryer belt and it is broken the cost to replace dryer belt I installed dryer belt I then tested dryer and it didnt not started i called GE tech support and did a thorough diagnostics with Jeff we tested door switch and gives me proper resistance when it is close no resistance when is open belt switch has proper resistance timer has proper power coming in and going out push to star has proper voltage from there. We went to the motor in a motor start winding isnt coming on jeff suggested to replace to the motor I did explain to the customer that the motor is the cause of it not starting he said thank you but I dont think I want to invest any more money into dryer Ill just replace it. I did explain to him that Office will refund the money and charge him for a service fee. He said OK.

"Issue: fridge trips the breaker approx 20 seconds after being plugged in. Found: When I disconnected the compressor, the breaker is not tripped, light in fridge is on, condenser fan works, water dispenser gives water, everything works except for compressor, which is disconnected Then I have replaced the starting relay and capacitor, and connected compressor back, and it tripped breaker again.So, it is not starting relay, its definitely compressor, which shorts the circuit when control board tries to start it.From customers notes I found out that other company made repair of the seal system on this fridge recently, about one week agoSo, this company technicians must come back and complete their job, because the seal system is not functioning after their repair"
