Customer complained dryer takes 2 times to dry clothes I checked vent hose and it is clogged when started dryer the the back panel is a screaming hot after five minutes I checked the thermistor and its reading open the element coil broke and touching the metal ; ordrng 1 5301EL1001W (Dryer heating element) and 1 6931EL3002K (Dryer Operating Thermostat)

I return to customer home to replace washer drain pump with new drain pump I installed drain pump then I tested washer drain pump in quick cycle and washer is working properly
