Absolutely horrible customer service. They came out to repair my dishwasher and didn't reinstall the door correctly. When called to fix it, they said the ticket was closed and I would need to pay their service fee to come back to fix their error. Was hung up on by the 'customer service' associate. If insurance ever assigns this company request a different company. Would give 0 stars if possible.

My washer would not start. I had used Gator Appliances in the past under an insurance plan. Called and set up an appointment. Asked about the fees. Fee quoted was $159 for a service person to come to my house to diagnose the problem. I asked if broken part could be replaced same visit. No was the answer. The service person would return another day. I asked if there would be another service charge. No was the answer and the service fee would be charged towards parts and labor. The service man shows up. He is a subcontractor. Unscrews several screws and tells me what I already know that is wrong. When asked for the price of the broken part, he did not know. Called his boss and was told the price was $86. To come back to replace the part was an addition $360. I found the part on Amazon for $28. This company pulls a switch. Not costumer friendly at all. Will never ever call Gator appliances again

The service is super bad and unprofessional, I don't know how a company like this can function from the mechanics to the office, the girl who helped me says that I gave her a tremendous tooth, what an unprofessional way, and I'm not going to say the name because I don't like to hurt anyone, but the truth is that they should improve a lot. For my part, I will never hire them again.
