Tech caused damaged to my floors while repairing.

NO STARS (ZERO) This company was assigned to me by the warranty department at Home Depot for a GE dishwasher with "cosmetic damage", the top plastic cover of the control panel cracked and fell out. It was still under warranty so it was the logical thing to do. It took them more than 6 weeks and they damage the unit. To begin their technician was unable to remove the dishwasher form the cabinet (I had to hire a handyman for this job), he ordered the incorrect part several times and complained about the way the machine was made and left me without a working machine for more than six weeks, the last visit he advised that a new control board was needed and that it should arrive in 3 to 5 days. After a week I received a text message saying the the claim was completed. When I called Gator Appliance Service their response was "the machine was damaged because it was used with out the cover" and they were not doing anything else. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge on GE products damaged the machine. Home Depot gave me a buy back, at least I will get the money back for the unit, no luck for the warranty payment.

I do 2-3 loads of laundry a day and can’t go for very long without a working machine. I was very happy when Gator Appliances sent Jesse to look at my washer. Jesse is very helpful and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, explained it too me and got my Speed Queen washing machine fixed as quickly as possible.
