These people are really incompetent don't use them. I got a washer from Home Depot and bought a warranty for it. They came and 'repaired it' and it's still leaking! If Asurion or whomever tries to contact this company to service your appliance ask for a different one.

Really terrible service. They wouldn't serve my fridge because the model/serial tag inside the fridge had worn out, even when my claim company had the info on file AND I had a picture of it. Lazy and incompetent.

Rude person in front office named Katherin kept talking over me and said parts for refrigerator had not arrived and would not give any date and when I called Asurion to check the tracking numbers, they confirmed the parts had arrived, Asurion called her directly and she told Asurion the same it had not arrived and stood corrected by them. Asurion also filed a complaint for mis information.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and extremely unprofessional. BEWARE. if you get assigned this company through warranty, ask for a change. This company was assigned to me by the warranty department for fixing my dryer. Even before showing up for the appointment they wanted me to pay the service call fee over the phone in order for them to show up. This was strange but now i understand why. They diagnosed the issue and contacted the warranty company but the technician did not inform me that I had to pay additional money out of pocket, and repaired the dryer with a 7$ part without my authorization. Now they are calling non-stop for non payment of un-authorized work. Extremely unprofessional.

Not reliable. Took over a week to bring the parts need it but still was not fixed. Called them the same day and ask me to call my warranty again since for them it was fixed. Even though it was never fixed. After going back and forth they are going to take another week to come back and who knows what then.
